Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns & Refunds
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.
Items must be returned in perfect condition.
Once your return has been received, a refund will be issued for the cost of the goods plus the original postage, minus a €5 credit/debit card transaction fee.
For customers in the United States or Canada, any import duties charged for the return to Ireland will be deducted, along with a €5 handling fee charged by the courier.
Returns & Exchanges

Customers cover the cost of returning goods.
Goods must be returned 100% intact.
Postage costs for sending exchanged goods back to you will be covered by Celtic Clays.
Breakages
If your order arrives damaged, please email a photograph of the broken item(s) to Celtic Clays.
We will provide a replacement at no extra charge, including postage.
Deliveries to North America
Important Notice for Our US Customers
Due to the recently introduced tariffs on goods imported into the United States, orders shipped from Ireland to the US may be subject to higher customs duties and import taxes. Unfortunately, these charges are beyond our control and must be paid by the recipient before delivery can be completed.
Customs & Duties: Canadian orders may also incur customs fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in shipping costs.
We remain committed to keeping our products as affordable as possible and will continue to ship securely and efficiently to the North America. However, we kindly ask our American & Canadian customers to be aware of these potential additional costs when placing an order.
Import duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Refusal to pay duties will result in the order being abandoned. No refunds will be given for unclaimed packages.
